any know the recipe for chai (i hope i spell that right) tea?

i think one way is cardomon, cinnamon, and cloves. plus assam tea [or any black tea] and milk and honey.
i could be wrong.

i learned on glitter that "chai" means tea, hence "chai tea" is redundant.

wasn't aware that chai ment tea, that makes sense though.

also, many companies make premixed etc. chai: i really like David Rio's vanilla.

you could just add vanilla to a standard chai recipe. i used to make oodles of chai when i was in university as a way of procrastinating. along with cardamom, cinnamon and cloves, i add ginger, a few black peppercorns and allspice. you could try to add vanilla to that... mmmm chai.

in India, they serve you garam chai (hot tea) in little mud/clay cups for about 5 cents. if you don't drink it fast enough, the cups start to melt. the good thing is, you toss them out the train window and they melt back into the ground. very environmentally friendly.
