i am not sure whether i put this in the right topic or not so feel free to move it if you see fit

i am house sitting at the moment and they have these shower doors (sliding glass ones) whoich have always been a bit difficult to move....

but unfortunately i seem to have made them stick....they wont budge....and i want to be really careful with them cause they are glass ones.....and i dont know how to fix them cause my regular house has shower curtains....

does anyone know how i found fix it??

any help would be soooo much appreciated..
