I'm not sure if this is the right place but I figure it can't hurt.

I live in NYC and I need some serious talk-it-out/possibly perscribe-some-drugs kind of help. The rub, I have no insurance and very little income.

Does anyone know of any place that offers help to those who are down and out but really need the help?

I fear I am quite desperate.
