I think ultimately you should base your pricing structure on how much time, effort and materials went into making your purse.

As I aim to capture the teenaged market, I usually try to keep my items priced fairly low so that I give myself every opportunity to shift stock.

You may be looking for a different target audience and so you might also take this into consideration in your pricing structure too.
