I love making orange juice popsicles for my girls! They are healthy and they love them! To them they are just popsicles!

What are some tricky healthy snacks that you guys use?

I make her popsicles from old coffee.....well...if I did, that would certainly explain alot of her behaviour.
Actually, since she is still young enough I can still (usually) convince her that its a "treat" to have sliced apples and cheese...although her definition of treat is quickly narrowing thanks to grandma.
I also make homemade muffins that aren't too full of crap.
My latest greatest creation(imo, so I'm slightly biased)
Combine:
3 mashed bananas, 2 T oil, 1/4c. each brown sugar & molasses, 1 egg, 1/2c. buttermilk
Add:
1tsp. baking soda
1c. each whole wheat flour and bran
1/2c. oatmeal
1/3c. chopped dried fruit
mix just to combine and bake @ 350F about 20 min

These really aren't tricky, but happen to be healthy things she likes:

yogurt (we try and get the good stuff, obviously)
water (which is her favorite drink, thankfully)
carrots (she likes to have a whole carrot, rather than the smaller, cuter, more expensive ones!)
melon
apples
bananas
yellow squash!
orange potatoes (sweet potatoes)
