the other day i was visiting a friends site when i found out about this place that does business cards, and after posting about being shy, i ordered some cards as ice-breakers for meeting strangers... look! what do you think? >http://kaystarr.blogspot.com/ (scroll down a bit)
it was only $5US for 250 of 'em...hopefully the company doesn't use some form of slave labor to make 'em.

I like 'em! I was thinking of getting some cards too, more for professional use tho - could you give me some details about the service you used? did they provide the graphic or can you provide your own? how many colors? paperstock?

my best friend got me business cards for christmas like three years ago since i always meet people places......it was so scary one nite..i was at the club i was promoting for, and gave one to someone who lives like two hours away..and they were like "oh you already gave me one" and i was like "no i didnt, mat....i just met you tonite!!" and he was like "but i've seen this before!! i remember what it said!!" so like...he had seen it. somewhere else. from someone else..like 2-3 hours away. eek! i was notorious for those things tho, someone i havent spoken to in three years managed to get ahold of me cause he found it....i cant hand them out anymore those cause most of the info is wrong now..they were sweet tho..it said my name and underneath "sXe goddess princess raver" :P

yeah, i did! and the free templates are kinda cheesy, but since this is a fairly cheesy thing, it fits...
bklynbabe, if you wanna go more professional, they'll charge you $20 to let you use your own graphics and stuff, which isn't that bad. the cardstock is decent, tho the size is a tad smaller that 'normal' biz cards...check it out!>http://www.vistaprint.com

as far as "professional" business cards go, if you have an office depot around you, you can get 1000 raised ink business cards for 10-15 bucks. (plain, no custom graphics or anything)
