any patterns out there for knitting a zip up hooded sweater? wait, i think i know where one is!!!! hhmmmm?

There's a really cute zipped hoodie in the book "Hip to Knit" by Judith Swartz. I have no opinion on making it since I am nowhere near good enough at knitting to make such a thing -- but it's really adorable!

the wonderful wallaby is a great hooded sweatshirt pattern, with a kangaroo pocket in the front. I've made it skipping the pocket and steeking the front for a cardigan.

I second "Hip to Knit" there are some realy cute patterns in it including a hooded sweater. You could check the library to see if they have it. Mine did, but I think I want my very own copy.

i've found a few in quite old pattern books - mostly from the 60's, also 70's. check the library, sometimes they haven't thrown them out yet!
