so i got a can of artichoke hearts the other day at trader joe's. i've used them as a topping on pizza and now have leftover hearts. anyone got any good tasty recipes or ideas? keep in mind they're not marinated. thanks!! | |

I read a recipe somewhere for an artichoke heart dip. It sounded yummy, but I just can't remember whre it was. Maybe Google will come up with something... :) | |

My favorite easy last-minute party appetizer: | |

I use this same recipe but take a round loaf of bread, cut off the top, scoop most of the doughy part of the bread out and fill with the dip. Bake or broil until bubbly. Tear off pieces of the bread and use for dunking. Outta this world! | |

I am addicted to Trader Joe's. I should get a job there. Anyway, I often throw artichoke hearts in various pasta dishes, and they're great in a salad too, especially a Greek salad. Have you tried TJ's artichoke dip? It's awesome. | |
