-tight pink/red/purple/yellow cap-sleeve knit top with wide waistband and serged edges on the wide neck and sleeves (thrifted, but originally from the gap). makes me look skinny. me like. :)
-tan wide leg pants from the gap from a couple of years ago. they have a cool fly that closes with hook and eyes, and a big yoke. it was back when the gap was making funkier stuff a couple years back (before things got boring again). actually the only pair of tan pants i own. i usually abhor "khakis". blech!
-a red satin jacket that zips up the front, white stripes on the sides, and has a tight, wide elastic waistband. more skinny accentuation. i bought it in amsterdam @ "h&m" when i was there a couple of weeks ago.
-a pink braided leather ring.
-thrifted 80s "nine west" pumps...red with a peep-toe and tie bows on them.
-plus the usual suspects: my wedding rings, my titanium skagen watch.

KittyFishsticks -- it seems like every time I go thrifting I find some Graff clothes. I guess there's a pretty wide overlap between people who bought sensible polyester clothes back in the day and people who donate to thrift stores.

Currently, just wearing a green l/s tshirt from a bar called Kelly's in Nags Head, and purple pj pants with pink stars on.

As soon as I shower, I'm gonna put on a black hooded sweatshirt, khaki cargo capris, red Sauconys, black plastic-frame glasses, and green glittery barettes. Work uniform whee.

my "uniform":

1 pair, dark rinse stretch boot cut jeans
1 grey cotton men's belth- the kind that slides through a big metal box
1 long sleeve dark colored tee shirt (today it is maroon)
1 thin black zip-up hoodie
1 venitian glass pendant necklace
1 pair grey New Balance hiking shoes

the only way this changes for work is by putting one of three cheezy hawaiian shirts on over long sleeve shirt, but under hoodie.

there is but one variation to the "uniform" and it is for days off (though I usually wear aforementioned uniform on days off, too). variation includes:
one hot-pink boat neck tank
one 3/4 sleeve thin black v-neck cable sweater

everything else stays the same.
goddamn Im getting sick of the NB, but my feet can't handle anything else at work, and when Im not working, Im walking around the city, this requiring good walking shoes!

eta** i forgot to mention my redish/marroonish plastic framed coolie glasses that are worn at all waking times. and my RAD black and white graphic hello kitty watch that stays in my pocket cause I broke the clasp two days after getting it and I don't know where to get it fixed

also, while at work, the venitian pendant necklace is traded out for a box cutter in the back right pocket and sometimes a price gun shoved down the back of my pants like Im some badass ready for pricing action!!!

also, today I jazzed it up a little by wearing *gasp* matching baby blue bra and undies! guess I was feeling a little frisky cause my crush called to invite me out to a bar- where he told me that he's getting back together with his ex (burn!!) ah, the joys of trying...
