Topic Leg warmer pattern - can you help? Go to previous topic Go to next topic Go to higher level

There was an issue of Bust with a pattern for knitting some leg warmers and I'm wondering if any of you crafty folks have it? I threw my issue away by mistake and am in desperate need of the pattern.

If anyone would be able to scan & post the instructions or even copy them and mail them to me it would be much appreciated!

Thanks for the help :)

hey goddess,

i think my boyfriend still has a copy of that issue. i'll check tonite.

meanwhile, would the legwarmer pattern on knitty help at all? it is very similar.>http://www.knitty.com/ISSUEspring03/PATTlegwarmers.html

oops, that reminds me.

goddess, i checked about the magazines and boytoy had just recycled them. it was the sex issue that had the legwarmer pattern, if that helps.

Another really cool way to make leg warmers is by cutting of the arms of old sweaters and hemming the salvaged end (I like to use elastic to keep it from slipping around).

Sorry to hi-jack the thread! But I didn't want to start a whole new one.

Is there any pattern out there for leg warmers to sew them?

I wanna make some cute fleece ones for winter.
