this is a longshot but does anyone know how to get tree sap off of a car windshield??

There is a product called Goop that is wonderful for getting stains out of clothes, and grease and sap off of hands. I bet that it would work for getting sap off of windshields, too. It's great stuff, so you might want to give it a try if no one has any better suggestions.

The cleaner called Simple Green works very well, if you use it straight without cutting it with water. Be sure to use plenty of water to rinse.

Orange Wonder would probably work full strength. you just don't want anything abrasive, or that will etch the glass. you could also just heat it up with a blow dryer and scrape it off.
