I really want to make a cute 20s-style cloche hat for an upcoming trip I am taking, but I haven't been able to find a good pattern. (I looked through the old threads about this, but didn't find what I was looking for.) Anyone have a crochet pattern for a cloche hat? Thanks!

sure - i wrote it out already, i'll dig around for it tonight. it's a good pattern because it's one easy stitch, half double crochet, and once you get how it works, the varieties are endless.

Athos, the hat sounds like it will be super-cute. I was thinking of maybe attaching a crocheted flower to mine, but the ribbon idea is a good one....

Here's a bunch of awesome crochet 60-70's hat patterns from a sort-of defunct site Groovy Crochet. The webmaste has posted two cloche patterns (plus scarves), plus newsboys style caps that I'm currently obsessed with making!
