hi all....this is my first post. :) i have a fitted vintage batman tshirt with a large picture of batman, underneath which is the word "batman" in 4 inch tall capital letters. my problem is that the tshirt is quite long, it hits below my hip but i dont know if i should just cut off the "batman" print at the bottom. would it look better if i did or didnt?

I'd say just leave it long. From it not being as short as most shirts today it will show the vintage-ness =)

i also vote for leaving it long. if it's snug around your hips (and does that bunchy thing), why not cut slits in the sides and hem them? that way, you'll have vents and the shirt will go smoothly over (it'll look like a tunic kinda). i'd pair it with a short skirt; one that stops only a few inches below the end of the tshirt.
