hey everyone... i want to start making my own hair accessories but I don't know where to get the elastic bands that are the basis of most hair bands and ponytail holders. I'd like it to be open so that I can string beads and handpainted baubles. If theres a way to do this with regular old plain ponytail holders I'd like some tips how.
