Come out of the crafty closet and over to my house on Friday, July 12 around 8pm. That's right, I'm kickin' out the jams (and the boyfriend) and putting out the call for a S&B, so bring your friends, your latest projects, your questions, your expertise, and maybe a treat.

I'd love to make this a regular thing and maybe get into some larger projects and craft/naked lady swaps. E-mail me for directions and to let me know how the day and time work for you.

yeah man, yeah. like i mentioned in the earlier tampa thread, i would be totally psyched for any craftin going on in this area, but me gots no wheels at the moment. but totally keep us posted on any future get togethers. at the moment, since i'm gainfully unemployed, all days are open, but that (hopefully) will change in the near future... perhaps we should set up some kinda email list er somethin... yeah hmm. OH and meli, what classes are you teaching and where? *totally* let me know i would be there with bells on. lots and lots of bells, and maybe some glitter...

I pledge to you all that I'm going to learn to drive by the end of the summer--we have a serious lack of transportation for a bunch of girls in no-bus land! Maybe I can pile everyone on Adam's Vespa...tee hee.

Zeldie, I don't think anyone is coming from your direction (sad...I wish you could come! If I hear of anyone out your way, I'll definately e-mail you), but if there's anyone else who needs a ride, maybe we could get some car pools going (Meli, I'm still working on a ride for you...I think my friend Nikki is coming from your direction).

Btw, is anyone a vegan? I was going to make some treats, but I want to make sure everyone can eat them.

yes, once i get my car (i can't WAIT) i will TOTALLY give rides to anyone who ever needs one to any of these functions! and i hope we keep having them! i'm so bummed about not being able to make this one...i even tried slyly pleading with my mom to take my parents van, but it turns out they're going out of town for three days at the end of this week! leaving me alone! bastards.
by the way, if you feel silly at all not being able to drive, just remember this: i only learned to ride a bike last summer. a bike! isn't that criminal? unfortunately i had to give him away to a friend when i left chicago... sniff sniff... oh well, i can't see myself peddling down US 19 without having a heart attack, anyway!
