I was wondering how you would make a powder puff? I mean the kind you use with baby powder or even face powder, not the cartoon. Thanks!

You can also use the cotton velveteen that baby clothes are made of. Cut a piece of 1/4" foam (from a foam/upolstry shop) in a circle. Cut two pieces of the velveteen just a bit bigger plus a seam allowance. Sew, right sides together, leaving a hole to turn right side out, insert foam and hand stitch closed.

I think I can do this. I'll have to go to a fabric store to look for fabric. Do you think flannel would work? I guess, depending on the fabric, they can be washable too. Thanks again for the info!
