I'm throwing a party soon & intend to get all my mates completely plastered on vodka jelly. Has anyone made it before who could advise me on quantities etc?

OOoooh I've had way too many jello shot nights. You can have soo many before you realize you are more trashed than you have ever been!

all i can say, is don't completely replace the water with vodka or it won't harden at all.
You nead to leave some water. Not much, less than half.

Make them the day before and you can stick them in the freezer right before if you like. they are nice when frosty.

Use dixie cups.It works best in little cups. But you could always make it in a bowl and then scoop out the shots later.

please don't have more than 5 within an hour or you will be very sick. The combination of teh sugar and vodka and how quickly you can swallow them is what makes tehm so notorious for making you druuuunky!

Never been my cuppa. But the boyz round here like to play a game on the silly young things they invite to their parties.

The jell-o shots are made in tiny paper cups, or nut cups if you can find them. Girls get first pick, and when they ask how to eat them some guys tell them to suck it out really hard, and others tell them to use their tongues to circle and scoop.

Of course, then there is the body shot. A horny guy licks some chick's shoulder or elsewhere and sprinkles salt on it. Does the tequila thing.

God, was I ever that stupid? I still had way too much fun, but never had to pretend to be an idiot.

oh those jello shots are gross!

maybe the ones that I had were just really strong, but the whole idea was yucky.

but I was d.r.u.n.k. - so if thats what ya wanna achieve then, you definately will!

but be careful with them... you dont realize how potent they are at first.
