I love Judging Amy, but I am mad that the writers chose to have Amy lose the baby. I knew they were going to do that. Amy and David are great together, and now we'll have to go through another whole separation, emotional break up thing. Why couldn't they have the baby? It would have been great.

now you know the writers need to work in more slop and slobber to keep the ratings up

Judge Amy would be better on a street corner in Hollywood hawking her wares than behind a bench telling others how to behave in order to live up to their children's needs....you know, a positive example

but we all know positive examples doesn't sell tickets

there will be more boy friends and more escapades

easy...I really believe that this character tries as hard and fails as many times as the average human. No one is saying that it's always right, nor are we condemning. I love the reality of the emotions in this show...it is a great portrayal of humanity.

This show makes the viewer feel like these characters are really part of the family. It demonstrates real emotion between family members as well as co-workers and actually society in general. The fact that they aren't perfect just makes them more real. My family can really relate to the dialog, stress, and love that eventually pulls them all together. It is truly a sad day for television when reality t.v. is chosen over a show with good writing and acting.
