Hello everyone!

I'm new to this board and I just had one question...can anyone remember the quote Amy gave at the end of the 2nd episode of this season (the one that aired October 12th of this year)? The one she quoted to Kyle? If anyone can remember what the quote was, could ya let me know? I'd really appreciate it! Thanks a bunch! *smile*

I got this from someone who didn't want to register for the messageboards, but had an answer for you:

It was a minimized quote from Elizabeth Barrett Browning.

Amy re: "I love you not only for what you are, but for what I am when I am with you."

EBB re: "I love you not only for what you are, but for what I am when I am with you. I love you not only for what you have made of yourself, but for
what you are making of me. I love you for the part of me that you bring out'"

Unfortunately I do remember that part but not the poem it came from. It had to be one of the sonnets or poems to Robert Browning.

Thank you so very much, Sally! You can't know how much I appreciate this. I thought it was such a beautiful quote when I heard it. I only had hoped my brain would have done a better job at remembering it! *smile* Again, thank you.

Hi Sally,

I am writing you because you know the other poem. My 72 y/o mother has been bugging me for the word for a poem that began "Your Child is not your child" - she seen this episode twice but is too slow to write all the words down. It would be greatly appreciated if you could point me in the right direction.
