Do not know about anyone else but was quite disappointed with the season opener.
There was just no rhythm or the usual natural flowing of scene to scene.
If Amy called David one more time on her cellular, what happened to her she had been so independent and opinionated now she is totally the opposite.

I agree. I was disappointed, but I think this show was just setting up for those who are new to the series for the next season. I myself hope Amy does NOT continue with David....he's too unstable. She needs someone who sees her vulnerabilities and can handle her flightiness. I have my own ideas about who she needs to be with and it's NOT David. I know I am in the minority, but, oh well.

maxine reminds me of the maxine on the greeting cards

one of my favorites...maxine card that is, was one sent to a friend who had complained to her "friend boy" she didn't get a valentine greeting.
In the mail came a MAXINE......it said....."Here is your damned old card."
