Okay how can I explain this, okay....
Ronnie is leaving for the night and she's about to walk out the door when she hears some screaming and ruckus so she goes to this downstairs part and she sees what looks to be an attempted rape.(this guy had his hand over this girls mouth, she's screaming and yada yada) so she stops him and asks her if the girls okay, the girl tells her that nothing happened, it was totally consensual,they were just getting a little rough and that's how they like it. Well Ronnie doesn't believe it. so the next day she tells the guy that she's going to the police and he denies that he raped the girl saying that he'd "never rape a girl" Ronnie found out that he has a prior record and told him that he can either deny it and get prosecuted aggressively or he can go to the police with her. He threatens Ronnie with a defamation of character lawsuit because his "dad" is a lawyer. The girl keeps denying that anything happened so she has a talk with the girls parents who agree with Ronnie but think that she shouldn't go to the police because of it being her senior year and what not. Ronnie goes to the police anyways and they arrest the kid. Well then the girl later tells Ronnie that she is anatomically male or rather "a girl trapped in a guys body" and if they ever find that out in court it would ruin her. So Ronnie drops the charges. However, Scott Guber had enough evidence and expelled the kid so he won't be at Winslow anymore.
Speaking of Guber, meanwhile he is on a major power trip. He had confronted a band who were called the "Stuttering fools" saying that they shouldn't be making fun of Speech impairments, only to find out they stutter. While Guber was apologizing to one of the kids in the band, he found non prescription drugs in the boy's locker and told him he was expelled because of a zero tolerance rule. This made teachers Danny Hanson, Marla Hendricks and Marilyn Sudor really mad. The kid ended up suing the administration so they had to go to court and coincidentally had a judge who stuttered. They ended up ruling in Guber's favor but Harper ended up changing it to a 2 week suspension for the kid instead of expulsion. Guber also likes Marilyn but Marilyn is seeing somebody and it turns out that she's seeing Steven. Also, parents are complaining about the school giving out morning after pills so Guber ends up goin on national t.v. about the pills.
Boston Public also gets a new teacher named Carmen Torres. Things don't go to well with her and Steven at first because she makes a couple of mistakes. But after a while, everything is good. Harvey wants to wart off arthritis and Decides to take up sex. Then he decides to inherit Viagra.
