Topic 2nd CD

OK - ages ago I bought the soundtrack and on the back cover it says "Coming Fall 1999, The Inspired by Felicity All Original Soundtrack" Where is this album? And failing that, I can't believe they haven't brought out a 2nd Soundtrack, since there are so many lucious songs that could be included on it. Does anyone know anything about a 2nd CD of any description??

Okay, I know there are two CD's. Whether they were both on the same soundtrack, I'm not sure. They each had one of the two theme songs on them...if that helped.
