"The Pres" makes a terrific, forcefull statement to his gathered enterage that is SO relevent to the Iraq situation that I am desperate to quote it in conversation. He said something like: "Now. When our neihbor nations with bad intent can threaten us with the turn of a key or a plane ticket, we have a right and an obligation to act first." Or something like that. Does anyone have the quote? I think it's before he commissions Will. Please HELP! Thanks.
