I found the info here: http://www.durfee.net/will/
The song played at the end of the episode is "17 Again" from the Eurythmics' Peacealbum (1999). About the Bossa Nova music, Lindalu of the Will-n-Grace list says: the song is called "One Mint Julip" and was made famous by Ray Charles. The Ray Charles version is very close to what was heard on the episode, however, that version was recorded by W&G, not Mr. Charles. If you enjoy that type of music, I also recommend Combustible Edison for some fun and funky tunes. The song is also available on the "Swingers Too!" compilation inspired by the movie "Swingers."
I am looking for the song Jack was grooving to on his birthday, Jack thinks he's turning 29, but he actually turned 30. Season 1 episode 14.
Thanks
