I know this is what the designers are showing - for Juniors, but a mid 40's woman with bellybutton showing, hip huggers and wide belts just looks out of style for what is supposed to be an elegant character. Where are the bell bottoms and platform shoes. I did that in the 70's. Not becoming on a mature woman. Fashion buyers need to pay attention to what looks becoming on a particular character, particularly age of character, not what is selling. The kids can wear this stuff. Why isn't gramma wearing this style of clothes?
